About
Vermont Wagyu
At Vermont Wagyu, we are a family-owned farm committed to raising the finest 100% Fullblood Wagyu beef in the United States. Our sustainable farming practices ensure the highest quality beef while preserving the environment.
In 2008, the Patinkin family purchased Spring-Rock Farm, a historic 350-acre farm established in 1790, nestled in the scenic hills of Vermont. Overlooking the Connecticut River and New Hampshire, Spring-Rock Farm is the birthplace of Vermont Wagyu. What started with just twenty calves has now grown into a herd of over 500 cattle.
Every day, we approach every day as a learning experience and ask ourselves, how can we, as farmers, continue to bring you the best Wagyu beef. We prioritize transparency, and invite you to meet our team and learn about our sustainable farming methods. Discover why Vermont Wagyu is known for producing the best fullblood Wagyu beef in the country.
About
Miller Farm
Miller Farm is an organic dairy located in Vernon, Vermont.
Our passion for community and cows started in 1916 with the purchase of the land by Arthur Lyman Miller. Five generations later finds us farming approximately 700 acres in the Connecticut River Valley.
Our milk comes from our 199 cow registered Holstein milking herd. In fact we are one of the oldest registered Holstein herds in North America.
In 2009, Miller Farm became certified organic. What this means to our community is our animals spend their days out in the field grazing and munching. Our fields are not sprayed with herbicides or pesticides.
